Hi! I’m Heidi Adkisson.

I’m a seasoned UX Designer and Design Principal at Blink UX. I have over 20 years of experience designing complex systems and specialize in sharing methods that empower designers to tackle design challenges effectively. In addition to my consulting work, I’m the author of two UX-related books: Object Modeling & Flow Diagramming for Designers and UX Design for the Enterprise.

I have been practicing personal knowledge management for over 20 years and am excited to share the process with others.
